Due to growth within the organisation, Kirinari Community Services is seeking dynamic and flexible Workforce Coordinator Oncall to commence in our Corporate office in Lavington.
Kirinari is a dynamic, expanding provider that delivers high quality services in NSW and Victoria. Our business is growing at a rapid rate providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme customers. We employ over 1300 staff and provide a fun and proactive team environment with real job satisfaction.
About the role:
This is a key multi faceted role where no day is the same; a day in the life of a Workforce Coordinator OnCall could look like:
- Work collaboratively with On-Call Coordinators and Roster Coordinators to identify and solve potential rostering conflicts, gaps, overlapping visits, or other rostering problems
- Respond to incidents and provide support over the phone to staff dealing with After-Hours Emergencies, Critical Emergencies and/or Life-Threatening situations
- On-Call hours will range from early mornings from 5am to late nights plus overnights
About You:
- Available to work a rotating roster
- Flexible and adaptable to an often demanding and changing space
- Previous working experience in rostering, workforce scheduling staff or an on call environment whilst not necessary would be highly regarded
- The drive to jump in and work collaboratively with our growing team and stakeholders
- High level of resilience
