The role
Internationally renowned chef Clare Smyth's Oncore restaurant caters to an exceptional dining experience and a menu that is centralised and crafted by using sustainable ingredients.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Oncore kitchen team for the following positions:

• Cook

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Proven experience in a hatted or Michelin starred restaurant
• Exceptional presentation standards appropriate for a 5- star environment
• Maintaining high and consistent food safety

About you
You'll bring the following:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment
• Self motivated and adaptable

Additional Information
To be successful, you'll have:

• Relevant hospitality qualification in Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable)

This role requires:
