The Role: Online Merchandise Executive
As the Online Merchandise Executive for a growing omni-channel retailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are effectively presented online to drive online sales revenue and enhance the online shopping experience for customers while maintaining our brand standards and guidelines.

- Responsible for ensuring that online product listing effectively showcases products, pricing, and product information to customers.
- Responsible for executing the company visual merchandising strategy across digital platforms.
- Utilise sales reports and web analytics to measure and identify opportunities to improve the performance of website merchandising on daily basis.
- Optimise the performance of on-site search and merchandising with the support of the search platform provider.
- Responsible for planning, optimising and executing homepage content plan.
- Collaborate with brand, product and merchandising teams to implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the online shopping experience.
- Collate and distribute reports to wider business.
- Liaise with customer care to implement optimisation that continuously improve the online shopping experience.
- Liaise with marketing, to ensure seamless execution of trade and marketing calendar.
- Ensure the accuracy of product data across various platforms, including the website, and social media platforms.
On your first day, we expect you already have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing (ideally in visual merchandising)
- Ability to balance commercial and creative objectives seamlessly.
- Passionate about providing an exceptional experience for the customer.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify advantageous.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
