Define Potential is a small business with 5 employees, led by director, Jane Marburg. To deliver our exceptional leadership development programs, Define Potential works closely with 20 highly experienced subcontractors who specialise in public sector development.
Define Potential is expanding and is seeking Online Moderators to join our team on a casual basis. The role of an Online Moderator is to provide technical and customer service support for all online delivered programs, through a variety of platforms such as MSTeams, Webex, Zoom and Skype for Business. A key aspect of this role is supporting the Define Potential facilitators and program participants to have a good online training experience.
The role may also provide administration support for the Define Potential business as required, and requires exceptional client service skills.
Your assignment can be conducted from locations across Australia and will predominately be based from your home, and sometimes at the Define Potential office in Canberra if local.
