About the role:

As the Online Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for packing our Online Orders and customer orders each day. Working within our Warehouse team - this is so much more than another pick pack job.

We pride ourselves on our customer experience, and this role is central to that. We are industry leading when it comes to our speedy fulfilment and we offer a beautiful unboxing experience that creates joy. All our orders are shipped within 24 hours, and include a handwritten note, a sweet treat and lots of love. Our range is wide and diverse and our customers love to order a combination of our products. No 2 orders are the same and how they are packed is of the utmost importance! Attention to detail is important, this job will suit elite tetris players and top tier gift wrappers! 

You will also work super closely with our customer happiness team to ensure a seamless experience across all touch points.

Key responsibilities:

• Pack our Online Orders using a wide variety of boxes, and packing materials to ensure efficiency and most importantly, an amazing unboxing experience - sprinkling some joy into each one.
• Nailing the packing procedure which is checking off all products against the order, ensuring accuracy is 100% for every order.
• Include a thoughtful, handwritten, individual note and a treat for every order.
• Gift wrap orders as required, including writing a gift card and packing with care.
• Seeking opportunities for surprise and delight – identifying regular customers, unique orders and anything noteworthy that we can use to elevate our customer’s experience.
• Ensure you meet output and accuracy targets as you go.
• Prepare customer orders for our stores.
• Support Customer Happiness and the wider Warehouse team with general warehouse tasks when required, e.g. picking, deliveries, allocations We are a close knit team and we all work together for common outcomes.

• You are confident reading and checking numbers and barcodes.
• You are a confident gift wrapper.
• You enjoy a fast paced environment and can work to tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality work.
• You enjoy a repetitive task, and can get into flow. You must be physically able and comfortable working on your feet in a Warehouse environment – you will be packing orders all day (almost) everyday.
• You are genuinely excited by our range of products, and sharing them with our customers. You can relate to our audience and understand where our products fit in.
• You are self motivated and love to learn. 
• You are willing to be in our social media content

Experience we are looking for…

• Pick and pack experience, in a retail or ecommerce product based environment – essential.
• Experience with packing and gift wrapping – essential
• General knowledge trivia – not essential to the role but would be helpful for our Monday morning team meetings 🤓
