Sharing your time between Marsden Park and Wetherill Park, your role will include:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates
- Site inductions
- Roster management
- Daily candidate interaction
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Championing a safety culture
- Weekly reporting
To be considered for this role; you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous Industrial recruitment experience
- Ability to build remarkable rapport with clients and candidates
- Commitment to first class customer service
- Superior time management ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively manage conflicting priorities
Prior on-site experience and previous exposure to FT360 is highly desirable
