We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our high performing Out of Home HORECA Sales team in Sydney.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced B2B HORECA Key Account Manager who …

Will drive acquisition, as well as initiate, develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various functions & channels within the hospitality channel to drive sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Delivering coffee & machine sales targets and driving positive market contribution to the overall Nespresso B2B OOH channel
  • Performing analysis of Key Account business potential within the NSW/ACT market
  • Acquiring through understanding the customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously improving solutions that meet their overall business objectives
  • Developing and sustaining long term HQ relationships with key internal & external stakeholders within the HORECA channel
  • Monitoring and reporting all competitive activities and proactively develop countermeasures
  • Driving Nespresso's Sustainability Initiatives
  • Steering the local implementation of Nespresso's overall HORECA channel plan
  • Ensuring monthly reports are completed
  • Negotiating commercial agreements with new & existing HORECA customers

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous experience in a Key Account role, Hotels and Fine Dining or FMCG, preferred but not essential. You will need to demonstrate strong communication & negotiation skills, has a proven track record of excellent organizational skills with the aptitude in building relationships across various organizations levels, Along with your ability to problem solve & work in a high pressure environment.
