Your day-to-day will be diverse but richly rewarding. The Technology Architect will support sales & service efforts working closely with various business units to close large deals. This is a client facing role working across the business on a variety of different activities, including:
- Planning and integrating business processes, information, data and technology platforms to build and ensure the enterprise solution architecture design is complete and aligned with principles, practices, and guidelines
- Leading the architectural design and implementation of ERP and other technology (S4H / Oracle / Service Now / Sales Force etc) and integration with other portfolio solutions
- Leading all aspects of the enterprise architecture function including architectural standards, governance processes, and provide the vision to explore and effectively utilise emerging technologies
- Supporting sales at key accounts by leading the scoping, solutioning and program planning around architecture and technology aspects of solutions. Support delivery teams as a subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing programs and lead the initiation and development new ones
- Experience with pre-sales activities, including the ability to run requirements gathering and solution decisioning workshops
- Ability to envision architecture roadmaps; including the transformation planning of current, transition and target states, with clear service boundaries
- Experience in security controls including, but not limited to, GRC, IAS, authentication, authorisation, single-sign-on, encryption, certificates, firewalls, load-balancers, high-availability and disaster recovery etc

You are a solution architect with a strong attention to detail. You are passionate about software architecture and delivering excellence whilst going deep into specific requirements but also having the ability to look at things from an end-to-end strategic perspective. You have worked with and are able to engage with senior leaders across the business.
You are someone with:
- Strong time management skills; ability to work independently under pressure, and on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables
- Experience selling and managing large transformational projects at strategic accounts
- Experience in influencing, consulting and optimizing someone who worked closely with product owners to ensure that the final product aligns with business goals, delivering tangible value
- Value outcome orientation eg not just cost out but could be experience improvement, growth enablement, working capital improvement
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to stakeholders
- 10+ years combined experience in Accounting/Finance, Finance Transformation and Financial Systems related positions
- Experience in the software development lifecycle, web development, cloud technologies and data engineering
- Strong knowledge in software engineering, with experience working with cross-functional teams in designing and delivering end-to-end solution architecture
- Motivated, energetic, and self-directed
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyse and connect data sets and draw insights
- Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies
- Ability to travel within Asia Pacific region as per client requirements
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and have the ability to work across different time zones within Asia Pacific region.
