What You'll Do:
- Lead the Front Office team, ensuring seamless check-ins and memorable stays for our guests.
- Mentor and develop team members, driving performance and creating a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations, including financial transactions, staffing needs, and guest relations.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for guest services.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Valid NSW RSA Competency card, First Aid Qualifications, and Drivers Licence.
