Type of roles available as follows:
Customer Services & Operations Consultant – Rental Sales/Operations Agent
From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services, process rental agreements, payments, and provide information on rental rates and policies. You will also resolve any customer issues and complaints.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be responsible for checking vehicles in and out, inspecting vehicles for damages, and making sure vehicles are always spotless and ready for hire. This also means you will be required to clean vehicles from time to time as needed.
Car Groomer / Cleaner – Vehicle Service Agent
As a key component to our operations, you will be responsible for checking and preparing our vehicles to ensure they are in the best condition possible for our customers. You will be responsible for cleaning (interior and exterior), washing, and vacuuming all returned vehicles.
You will also be required to assess vehicles for any potential new damages and reporting it as per our vehicle damage procedure. Finally, you will also review petrol/diesel levels, car kilometres and accurately input details into our hand-held devices, then refuel tanks, check fluid levels, tyre conditions, tyre pressure and tread depth to ensure the car is ready for the next customer to hire.
Customer Services & Driver – Vehicle Return Agent
You will be responsible for greeting our customers upon their arrival at our rental location and assist with the check-in of the renter’s vehicle expediting the car rental return process. With your exceptional customer service your will help to get customers on their way as quickly as possible. You will also assess the returned vehicles for any potential new damages and report it as per our vehicle damage procedure.
Further to the above you will also need to drive vehicles between locations as required to ensure we always have suitable fleet available for our customers. For all returned vehicles you will check fuel levels and car kilometres then accurately input them into our system. You will also be responsible for refuelling tanks, checking fluid levels and tyre conditions including pressure and tread depth.
Driver / Shuttler
You will be responsible for safely driving our rental vehicles between our terminals, wash bay and regional locations as needed. Conducting final inspection of vehicles to ensure readiness for customer ensuring a good rental experience and communicating to the wider team regarding car availability and any vehicle mechanical problems you encounter.
Finally, you will also be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries in the car park, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
What we are looking for:
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for these roles
Full working rights as we are unable to sponsor employment in these positions
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems / hand-held devices to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
We operate 7 days a week, on a rotating roster so there will be a requirement for you to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required.
