The Tesla Operations Administrator role is a part of the Sales and Delivery team that works with both internal and external stakeholders to manage all aspects of the vehicle registration process. The role is frequently customer-facing in order provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle.
Support the Sales and Delivery team with customer-facing delivery handovers, sales check-in, and other customer experience related activities.
Contribute and provide best in class experience in every interaction with a specific focus on delivery day
Work closely with key stakeholders to support customers throughout their Tesla journey
Manage all aspects of the vehicle registration process, including the dealer online system, number plate management, accurate calculation of local fees and charges, document generation, and dealer management systems
Prepare and review customer documents (incl. registration documentation) prior to delivery day
Ensure accurate record keeping and form generation in compliance with local Motor Car Traders Act
Maintain revenue recognition compliance
Maintaining Brand and EHS standards and cascading feedback or adjustments to local team
Demonstrate mastery of presenting, selling and delivering the entire Tesla eco-system.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business need including Sales, Service and Delivery including phone based campaigns and customer contact
Customer service and administrative experience highly preferred
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Experience with fast-paced workplaces and comfortable working in this environment
Ability to work well with others in a team and build relationships with external vendors
Superior attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
