Due to a sustained period of growth our client is keen to meet with experienced wealth or custody back-office professionals with 1 to 3 years’ experience across either equity settlements, managed funds, or transfers. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

This position requires and individual with a high attention to detail / analytical skill base but also the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
To be successful our client is ideally looking for applicants who have a strong experience base in operations, good verbal and written communication skills, team focused and the ability to build and maintain established relationships.

Duties will include the below:
- Processing all managed funds orders
- Liaison with custodian to ensure the order is executed timely.
- Manage the settlement and funding of the trades.
- Transfers
- Reconciliation of our fund holding positions with custodian
- Income, rebate processing of the funds
