Nestled amongst the serenely beautiful landscape of the Otway’s, our Treetop Walk is a stunning experience for all our visitors. Our small and friendly team are what make this experience full of long-lasting memories.

We are seeking team members to support with Guest Experience and Food & Beverage operations on a fixed term contract for 6 months. We have full and part time opportunities available. 

All of our roles are focused on ensuring that our guests are having the most amazing experiences, and here at Merlin we have a real focus on FUN!! In Guest Exoerience you will be the friendly welcoming faces of the Otway Fly, ensuring that all guests receive the best customer service. In the F&B outlet your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, take orders, operate the till and make coffee – all while delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for our guests.

Please note that this role requires regular weekend and school holiday availability (penalty rates apply)

You will have a passion for guest experience, with a focus on fun. You will be proactive in your approach to customer service with a positive attitude and have good upselling techniques. In addition, you are a strong communicator and have a flexible and adaptable approach to your working environment.
