Operations Co-ordinator - Sports Travel

We're in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of all our events. 

Job Description:

• Assist with processing travel documentation for clients, distributing sports tickets and maintaining customer records and databases.

• Load contracted rates and product information into our in-house travel system

• Liaise with sports event organizers, hotels, transportation companies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth travel operations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email, and providing solutions to customer queries or concerns.

• Management of event tickets and hotel inventory

• Support with monitoring the budgets, progress and quality of all events. 

• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by Management

• Travel to events to assist with on-site event management and customer service. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism or Sports Management or related field

• At least 2 years’ recent experience in a Travel or events administration role

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal, and cooperative working skills.

• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.
