We're looking for
A highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our Infringement Services team.
In this role you will assist and support the Manager Infringement Services on a range of matters regarding staffing levels and the required recruitment and retention strategies to maintain a competent workforce.
You will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Infringement Services team, ensuring optimal resource allocation to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This will require the application of planning, forecasting, and scheduling processes to meet set targets effectively.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of employees' work to meet legislative requirements, generating reports using data, and offering administrative and project assistance as required. Additionally, you will contribute to the formulation of policies and procedures that align with contemporary business practices and be able to prepare and present statistical reports.
If you have great communication, interpersonal and coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, are a team player and have knowledge of workforce management and quality assurance practices then this is the role for you.
We are seeking a positive and approachable person who enjoys collaborating within a team. Your proactive approach and ability to remain agile in a high-pressure environment will be key to your success in the role.
As part of the transition of Infringement Services from WA Police to DoT you may be required to work from either Midland Infringement Management and Operations or DoT's Innaloo Tassels buildings for the period April-June 2024. Positions will be located at Tassels place in Innaloo from 1 July 2024.
About you
