We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team and oversee the day-to-day operations of installation projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing our team of installers - 6/8 technicians
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the client’s specifications and expectations
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, quality standards, and safety measures
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance and progress of the projects and the team
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Providing technical guidance and support to the team and the clients
- Evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations
You will be able to demonstrate:
- A solid understanding of audiovisual systems, products, and technologies
- A proven track record of complex and large-scale installation projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise
with clients and team members. - Attention to detail and proactive planning abilities to prevent scheduling conflicts
and ensure smooth project execution. - Familiarity with a range of technical equipment and processes, including but not
limited to audiovisual systems and power installations. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments with a proactive approach
to problem-solving. - A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different sites as required
