A progressive Corporate Travel organisation is looking for a superstar to fill a newly created position as their Operations Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working closely with Senior Leadership team to translate business goals into actionable team plans.
- Managing approx. 10 Corporate Travel Consultants
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with all team members, senior leadership, external partners, and vendors
- Leadership and accountability for the delivery and performance
- Alongside the Senior Leadership team, establish department budgets and forecasts
- Working with team members to ensure consistent service standards and expectations are created
- Hands on with overflow bookings and taking enquiries when needed along with escalations
EXPEREIENCED REQUIRED:
- Extensive Corporate Travel industry experience (circa 10 years plus) and exceptional leadership skills
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience managing teams within Corporate Travel in a senior management capacity
- Strong business and financial acumen, and experience developing and executing strategic plans in partnership with operational departments with unique requirements and objectives.
- Experience working on your own Corporate Travel accounts with hands on GDS knowledge
- Tramada experience is an advantage
- Travel technology focused
THE PACKAGE:
A competitive salary package of $110k - $150k + super is available depending on experience. This is a unique Perth based opportunity to make a difference with a growing TMC.
