Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team throughout Queensland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and safe Traffic Management services, and leading a team of professionals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of Traffic Management services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients to plan and execute Traffic Management strategies as required.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Traffic Management professionals.
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Resolve operational issues and handle customer queries effectively.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Traffic Management.
- Minimum of 2 years in Operations Management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
