This role will see you responsible for but not limited to;
Strategic Planning
- Align operational goals with the overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's operational strategy.
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and lead a team of staff, including but not limited to supervisors, coordinators, and frontline workers.
- Ensure that the team is motivated, well-organised, and aligned with the company's goals.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to reduce costs, enhance quality, and increase productivity.
Resource Management
- Manage and allocate resources, including budget, manpower, and equipment.
- Ensure that resources are used effectively to meet operational objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to management.
The successful candidate will be agile in both mindset and skills with demonstrated ability in adapting to new roles, changing work environments, and business demands.
