The Opportunity
Newly created opportunity with a global and well respected high-end construction equipment organisation. Due to exciting growth within the business my client is looking to appoint a National Operator Demonstrator to ensure their customers success and satisfaction with their products.
This is a Global company with a strong brand and product, the right candidate will have experience operating and training customers and internal team on a vast range of products such as Excavators, Dozers, Wheel Loaders etc…

The Role
- Provide Training to new & existing customer base Australia wide as well as training for the sales team
- you will develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product range and be able to demonstrate that to operators to ensure customer success
- Create training resources such as manuals to support learning and development initiatives
- Work closely with Sales team and Service teams to ensure customers training needs are covered
About You
- Strong Interpersonal skills and an energetic can do attitude
- Experience as a trainer or Operator Demonstrator
- Strong OEM Equipment / Heavy Equipment Experience and mechanical know-how
- Ability to train and demonstrate and communicate well to all walks of life
- Expert in operating Heavy Equipment as well as basic maintenance and safety
