Our Opportunities
We are looking to grow our team and are excited to be recruiting additional experienced RN and EN who is passionate about patient education and has excellent communication skills.
This is expected to be a Permanent Part Time role, supporting a growing practice of procedure and treatment room focused practitioners.
The Role
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Recalls and Reminders
- Triage management
- Immunisations
- Chronic Disease management
- Health Assessments
- Treatment room assistance as required
- Patient education, support and building links to the community
- Stock maintenance and ordering and other minor reception duties
Required Knowledge and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Background working in a busy General Practice and/or primary health setting
- Able to perform all General Practice nurse duties, such as immunisations, procedure assistance, wound dressing, stock ordering, etc
- Able to provide quality patient care to people with complex needs
- Able to work autonomously, with the skills to prioritise workloads and meet deadline
- Experience with Best Practice and Inca (an advantage)
