We're seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and versatile team member who excels in customer relations to join our team. The role involves nurturing and developing long-term relationships with our valued clientele.
Previous experience in optical retail is essential.
Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcoming customers and scheduling appointments.
• Handling general administrative tasks and banking duties.
• Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses based on optometrist recommendations.
• Facilitating the delivery and handover of glasses.
• Providing support to optometrists, including training on specialized equipment.
• Entering data and generating regular reports using the Practice Management System.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is a must.
• Previous experience in optometry and optical retail.
• Impeccable personal presentation.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Strong ability to connect with customers.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure.
