The position is ideal for a junior candidate wanting to attain their Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing.
You will also have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills and retail sales experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Problem solving and sound judgement
- Good communication with the ability to build rapport with customers and the team
- Love of fashion & eyewear trends
About the role:
- Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
- Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers
- General practice activities including bookings, administration and adjustments and repairs
- Deliver outstanding service and assistance that will truly delight patients.
