About Us We are a recently established optometry practice committed to providing exceptional eye care services to our community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team (part time or full time role available).
Position: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the practice.
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
- Supervise staff and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field would be highly regarded however not compulsory.
- Qualification in Optical Dispensing.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a optical setting.
- Knowledge of optometry or medical practice operations is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including patient management systems.
