Position Summary:
Oracle Cloud Senior Functional Architect with excellent product knowledge on Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules and liaise with business and IT teams to provide support for various business processes across the finance functions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Cloud Project Billing & Contracts, Cloud Project Costing, Cloud Project Management, Cloud Fixed Assets along with good understanding of financial modules.
- Communication Skill.
- Oracle Reporting Tools.
- Oracle Security.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for incidents and service requests.
- Work with business & provide assistance with issues challenges with the system.
- Work with McDonald's product managers on critical incidents.
- Solution design and functional documentation for enhancements
- Support month end activities to close month as per schedule
- Support application testing for break fixes and new developments
- Work with QA testers in regression testing and provide functional guidance.
- Ability to quickly understand the business requirement.
Salary Range:>$100,000
