Oracle Techno Functional Consultant

Randstad Digital is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle eBusiness Techno-Functional Consultant to work with the project team on multiple tasks, including analysis, design, testing, and delivery of various eBusiness project tasks.

In this role, the candidate will need the necessary experience to deliver the following:

• Functional design of custom change requests
• Support for existing custom solutions
• Liaison with development resources throughout the development life cycle of custom objects
• Collaboration with senior functional leads for design validation and implementation
• Conducting workshops with business stakeholders for design finalization, testing management, and implementation
• Documentation for testing, change, training, and other related tasks
• Managing and executing test cycles

Requirements:

• Experience working on the implementation of Oracle R12 Finance or procurement and supply chain modules
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of custom development frameworks and the ability to lead a solution design from specification through development, testing, and delivery
• Experience working in a complex project structure and liaising with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time and schedule management skills to achieve outcomes and meet timelines
