We are currently seeking a highly motivated Dental Hygienist/Oral Health Therapist to join our bustling practice. With five surgeries spread across Tasmania, we operate as a dynamic practice with a patient-centred approach, offering a range of general, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry services equipped with state-of-the-art technology. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple dentists and an Oral Health Therapist in a supportive and flexible environment, alongside attentive and dedicated dental assistants.
Location: Wynyard, Burnie, Deloraine and Longford. Preference of area can be discussed.

Responsibilities:
Conduct Oral Health assessments and screenings
Perform professional dental cleanings and preventive treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop treatment plans
Collaborate with dentists to assist with orthodontic procedures
Taking orthodontic records for dentists using an iTero scanner
Treating paediatric patients with restorative work including stainless steel crowns
Able to work with dental assistant
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
Degree in Oral Health Therapy or Dental Hygiene
Ideally, Adult scope is preferred but not required
Any specific certifications or licenses required in your location
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary of $45 per hour full-time with opportunities for career progression and skill development.
