Key requirements for the role:
- You must hold tertiary qualifications which enable you to work as an Oral Health Therapist with Full Adult Scope in Australia.
- You must be registered with AHPRA
- Current radiation license endorsed with OPG/CBCT certification
- A great communicator who can easily develop rapport and relationships with patients and educate them to understand their Oral Health care needs and motivate them to take ownership
- A genuine, honest, committed, adaptable team player looking for a long-term role and who will contribute to our successful and constantly evolving practice.
- Clinically excellent scaling, root planning and treatment of periodontal disease
- Confidence and experience in delivering restorative care in line with the Full Adult Scope
- Thorough record keeping and accurate clinical charting skills
- Experience in managing your appointment book to maintain a productive schedule and to take ownership in helping grow the department and practice
- Experience with Invisalign or willing to learn this aspect of dental practice.
- References must be available
- Commitment to bring a great attitude every day to the workplace
Pay is negotiable based on experience and skillset. Incentives are provided based on performance.
