Oral Health Therapist | South Plympton, Sa

A great opportunity has become available at Lucas Dental, where you can expect to be part of an experienced group of dental providers who have been delivering high quality dentistry care to the Adelaide community for over 20 years.

We are currently looking for an experienced, passionate and customer centric Dental Hygienist/Oral Health Therapist with minimum 2 years’ experience to join our practice on a casual basis (2-3 days per week) with the potential for permanency. No weekend work but will need to be available 1-2 days to work to 7pm.

About you and the role:

• Assist patients in developing and maintain good Oral Health
• Includes Zoom whitening 
• Accurately interpret treatment plans aims and objectives and maintain accurate detailed clinical records
• Previous experience in orthodontics preferable but not necessary
• Previous Prime Practice training will be highly regarded
• Gather data relevant to dentist’s direction and concurrently assesses patients’ presenting condition
• Adhere to infection protocols and practices
• Treat people of all ages for Oral Health conditions, taking radiographs, fluoride therapy etc
• Actively promote comprehensive dentistry and active maintenance
• Team culture is of utmost importance
