About the role
As the successful applicant, the Oral Health Therapist will be vital in promoting Oral Health within our community, and will assist our wide range of patients (incl. under-18s).
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- conducting thorough dental cleanings and oral examinations
- educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
- administering fluoride treatments and applying dental sealants
- assessing patients' Oral Health and providing personalized recommendations
- collaborating closely with our dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Full Australian working rights
- Bachelors degree in Oral Health or Diploma/degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution essential
- Current registration with AHPRA as an OHT or Dental Hygienist essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
