As Order Fulfillment Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Order Fulfillment team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

• Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips)
• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
• Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

You're the right fit if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport
• You have very good French and English level (b2 or higher)
• You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
• You can take ownership and have good communication skills
• You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (nice to have)
