Reporting to the Director of Customer Service and Logistics, this exciting role will see you manage the Customer Service and Debtors Management key leads across Australia & New Zealand, ensuring the customer service team delivers optimum service to our customers and continuous improvement. This role is also responsible for the Debtors & Tradespend results across the ANZ business.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders including sales, finance, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply and external partners.
- Own order, trade spend reconciliations, and accounts receivable functions across the business
- Achieve KPIs targets including customer service, invoice accuracy, overdues and deductions through effective implementation of processes
- Development, coach, delegate and lead a team that can drive the business agenda and give them the opportunity to grow in the organization
- Focus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value-creation initiatives identified through customer collaboration
- Deliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with the customer
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Significant customer facing experience in a Customer Service & Logistics (CSL) or similar function
- 5+ years management/experience in Order to Cash (OTC) within an FMCG environment including Trade Spend knowledge, ensuring solid understanding across OTC landscape
- Cross-functional experience (Sales, Customer Service/Orders, Logistics and Warehousing knowledge)
- Systems knowledge of SAP OTC and interfaces to Trade Management eg Salesforce, APO and Demand / Supply Planning, along with digital improvement skills in driving system process improvement.
- Experience leading and developing a high performance and high engagement team
- Able to influence and negotiate
- Problem solving skills and a drive for improvements
- Change and Execution Management
- Solid Financial acumen (experience within a debtors or deductions process environment is advantages)
