Organisational and Method Analyst

We arecurrently looking for a Full Time – Organisational and Method Analyst tojoin our team.

Yourduties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

·      Analyse, evaluate, and discuss currentsystems with staff at all organizational levels.

·      Direct clients towards efficientorganization, proposing solutions to organizational issues.

·      Undertake work studies to analyseexisting methods and propose revisions for improved workflows.

·      Record and analyse organizationalworkflow data, including charts, reports, and manuals.

·      Prepare proposals to revise methods,alter workflows, and resolve organizational problems.

·      Assist in implementing approvedrecommendations and revising documentation accordingly.

·      Review operating procedures and ensureadherence to standards.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand application requirements and provide input for improvements.

·      Conduct thorough analysis of legacysystems and apply insights to Paxia applications.

·      Facilitate user design sessions,document interactions, and transfer knowledge to project teams.

·      Manage tasks, troubleshoot technicalissues, provide support, and document resolutions for ongoing projects.

Thecandidate:

·      Has a Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Business or related field required

·      Minimum 5 years of experience as an Organisationaland Method Analystfor an enterprise software company.

·      5 years of experience working inairline inflight services department preferred

·      Has experience in writing businessrequirements, functional and integration specifications and executing testcases for functional, non-functional and stress testing

·      Has experience in designing softwaresolutions and enhancements to existing products working with ERP/MRP and/or DRPsystems.

·      Has extensive knowledge of MS Officeapplications, especially Word and Excel and also ability to write SQL queriesfor data analysis and troubleshooting

·      Has solid communication acrossmulti-cultural workforce working with outsourced software development teams

·      Can create training material anddeliver training sessions for system end users

·      Has strong leadership skills, including the abilityto motivate and inspire others

·      Has exceptional organizational abilities with afocus on time management and attention to   detail

·      Has demonstrated analytical thinking, proactiveproblem-solving, and adaptability in teamwork and project planning

·      Must be fluent in written and spokenEnglish and able to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese is also preferred.

·      Must be able to communicate withinternal and external colleagues at all levels

·      Must have experience of successfulcustomer interactions in pre- and post-sales situations.

·      Must be able to work abnormal hours toassist our customer all around the globe
