Organisational Change Partner

With a human centred approach, you will support change and evolving our organisational culture across the Hydro Tasmania group.

• Develop our organisation’s adaptive change capability through coaching and supporting change initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of our organisation’s culture evolution.
• Work in an innovative, development focused team that prioritises flexibility.

Salary range $109,612 to 127,070 plus super.

About You:

As someone passionate about creating a positive change culture, you understand that supporting effective business change and transformation requires building strong partnerships. With this in mind, you;

• Have a growth mindset and are open to new ways of working.
• Bring a human centred approach to change and use appreciative enquiry to understand organisational issues, opportunities, and challenges to develop recommendations and solutions.
• Are passionate about organisational culture and making the connection between culture and strategy.
• Have experience in:
  - supporting implementation of system, process and organisational projects and initiatives
  - supporting change management activities; including analysis, change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.

About the role:

This role will be integral in supporting the Organisational Change team in the continual design, development, implementation, and delivery of change, including supporting work on our culture evolution. The role will also continue to evolve our Adaptive Change Framework, enabling organisation wide change and capability uplift. You will partner with key stakeholders to provide change coaching, advice, training, mentoring, and support on projects and initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to make a shift into Organisational Change, supported by a development focussed team who will mentor and support you to build your change leadership and coaching capacity and step courageously into working on adaptive organisational challenges and culture evolution.
