About the Role

As the Organisational Development Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving and leading organisational initiatives that align with HenderCar's strategic agenda, which includes enhancing employee engagement, performance, culture, and overall organisational effectiveness. You will partner with leaders and key stakeholders across HenderCare to assess needs, design interventions, and facilitate workshops to deliver effective change management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and team-building activities to develop skills and foster a positive organisational culture.
  • Provide administrative leadership and ensure precision in planning, documentation, and execution of Organisational Development initiatives.
  • Analyse and develop reports on data and trends related to employee engagement, performance, and development to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Conduct organisational assessments, surveys, and evaluations to gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management, leadership development, and conflict resolution.

 

About You

This partnering role is ideal for someone who is either early in their career within the OD industry or who has significant experience in the Learning and Development facilitation space. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change based on organisational needs are critical to this position. Having a growth mindset, thinking outside the box, and being able to expand and develop existing frameworks will help you succeed.

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience in coaching and leadership development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Significant experience in managing and delivering multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering content.

Whilst not essential, your application will stand out if you have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • Certification in Organisational Development or a related field (e.g., Prosci, Human Synergistics, Whole Brain Thinking).
