The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this exciting opportunity based in Brisbane will lead the Organisational Development and Franchise Learning strategy for Sigma Healthcare. The role will develop and implement contemporary employee experience programs to meet Sigma’s workforce capability needs.

The role will partner with the broader HR team and senior leaders to develop and implement effective and measurable talent management and team member engagement solutions that support our People Plans and align with our strategy and values. The role will also lead the development and delivery of Franchise Learning solutions, as well as provide generalist HR support to our Queensland operations.

Their proven OD experience will demonstrate their ability to deliver high quality, pragmatic solutions, and engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement with key operational stakeholders, the organisational capability and leadership framework for team members across the Sigma Group;
  • Lead and drive Sigma’s culture enhancement strategies and engagement programs including engagement surveys to support and sustainably build on our organisational culture;
  • Engage with senior leaders and the broader HR team to enhance workforce capability and planning by developing and embedding talent management, delivering succession pipelines and other related systems and strategies;
  • Support people leaders in the business with coaching and individual development needs and provide generalist HR support to our Queensland operations ;
  • Implement methods to measure success, track progress and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Qualification in Organisational Development, human resources, education or equivalent
  • Sound experience in delivery of effective Organisational Development initiatives
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management skills, with proven experience in partnering with all levels of the business.
  • LSI accreditation would be advantageous as would a Cert IV qualification
  • Experience with organisational engagement surveys, analysing results and driving key actionable outcomes
  • Experience in designing and implementing capability and leadership frameworks for all levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated people management and interpersonal skills, and experience in working with all levels of management including at the most senior level.
  • Experience in HR business partnering
