Organisation's Placements And Compliance Specialist

Ignite Dreams Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Placements and Compliance Specialist. As an integral member of our organisation in a full time position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating educator placements, and optimising efficiency in our staffing processes.Key Responsibilities:-Compliance Management: Create and review compliance and orientation materials, ensuring alignment with agency mission, values, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate records of educator qualifications, certifications, and background checks. Manage paperwork related to hiring, contracts, and compliance documentation.
-Placement Coordination: Organize and maintain calendars for staffing assignments and educator availability. Support in communicating with educators about available assignments and placement opportunities. Continuously assess work quality and monitor adherence to standards.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with regulations by implementing and monitoring adherence to relevant policies and procedures. Review organization's policies and methods related to educator placements, providing recommendations for greater efficiency.
- Database Management: Update and manage databases or software systems used for tracking placements and compliance. Ensure the accuracy and availability of important data to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
- Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with management to provide strategic guidance on placement policies and implementation strategies. Utilize industry insights and data analysis to optimize placement outcomes and align strategies with organizational objectives.Requirements:- Relevant Bachelor Degree and at least 2 years of experience in placements coordination and compliance management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in database management and software systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
