About Face Orthodontics is a medium sized, modern practice, with a friendly approach to our interactions with our patients and their families. Dr Stevan Saicich is well-regarded for delivering great results and we operate mostly from word of mouth and dental referrals. We are busy but we like to finish on time because we all love our work/life balance. This may be a temporary role, but it will provide you with experience in the orthodontic field and there may be an opportunity for further employment with us. If you have office admin skills or are trained in dental assisting and wanting to expand your skillset into reception work, then this is a great opportunity.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in the Dental industry highly preferred but not necessary. Training for our software and appointment setting schedule will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Good customer service skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordination of Appointment Booking Lists: Managing patient appointments and coordinating with the orthodontist's schedule
- General Admin and Office Duties including generating and reconciling patient payment plans, and correspondence with referring dentists
- Collaborating with the orthodontist and clinical staff to ensure the smooth flow of patient appointments and effective communication.
