At Peel Orthodontics we pride ourselves on the individual time and care we spend with our patients when embarking on their Orthodontic journey and are seeking a dynamic, personable addition to our amazing team.
The Treatment Coordinator, (TC), helps new patients understand braces and clear aligners, along with our payment plans available.
Role Overview:
- Passionately promotes the doctor and the practice by building relationships, trust and confidence with patients and parents as well as general dentists and specialists.
- Office advocate and liaison during treatment.
- Promoting the company culture by listening to the patient’s needs and expectations.
- Other duties that may be required from time to time as requested by the supervisor/manager
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills in oral and written form with a wide range of groups.
- Knowledge and experience in orthodontic appliances and applying these by understanding patient needs.
- Highly organised, flexible and adaptable to change.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive for success.
- The ability to work independently in an effective highly organised way.
- Possess a high customer service ethos and be a team player.
- Possess time management skills
- Proven Sales experience
- Qualification to take OPG/Lat ceph
Days:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays 8.15am to 5pm approx
