- We are looking for a new, enthusiastic Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to join our established team!
- Full Time Permanent Opportunity for an OSHC Centre Manager / Director for Before & After School Care and Vacation Care
- Salary starting at $73 000 per annum based on experience and/or relevant industry qualifications + Superannuation (negotiable)
- Based in Carlingford, NSW 2118

What does the role look like?
- Being a reliable face of the centre to school officials, children, families, and community
- Nominated Supervisor and Responsible Person on shift
- Business Administration, including but not limited to: staff payroll, contracts, management of accounts, purchases and Superannuation
- Management of day-to-day operations of the centre, including but not limited to: Management of educators (rosters), children’s attendance, family accounts, submission of CCS data, Inclusion Support and general functioning of the centre
- Ensuring the centre is compliant in all seven quality areas of the National Quality Framework
- Adhering to National Law & Regulations
- Ensuring the health & safety of children and educators of the centre
- Building trusting and mutual relationships with children and families
Qualifications and Experience Criteria:
- Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum two years’ experience working in an OSHC or Early Childcare environment
- Hold a valid NSW Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Police Check (issued within the last 6 months or willing to obtain)
- Demonstrated leadership in a child related role
- Right to Work in Australia
Essential Training (or willingness to obtain):
- First Aid + CPR
- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
