About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead an Out of School Hours Care program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. There is one Full Time role, and one casual role available.Key duties:

• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities and programs that promote children's learning and development.
• Lead, support, and motivate a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and experiences for children.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment where all children feel valued, respected, and supported.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the broader community.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including National Quality Framework (NQF) standards.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as rostering, budget management, and record keeping.

Skills & Experience:In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience working in a leadership role within an OSHC setting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.

Desired Skills & Experience:
