A service based in Goornong is looking for a passionate and caring Educator for children in our after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 16.25 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance!
Hours will be Monday – Friday, 02:45 – 06:00 PM (Stay and Play Program). You'll be working alongside a coordinator in a school of 35 kids, with an average attendance of 5-10 children a night.
About the role
Working in a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12years.
- Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Work with a team of Educators onsite
