Tall Tree Outside School Care at Rosalie Primary School in Shenton Park is hiring for our next superstar OSCH Manager to lead the highest levels of care at this service. As the service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and building and maintaining relationships with the school community, families and of course our wonderful children.
Day to day duties will include:
- Lead the development and implementation of a diverse and stimulating program that matches the needs of the children.
- Work collaboratively with a team of educators to motivate and inspire them.
- Encourage and maintain our exceeding standards throughout the service.
- Assist in establishing daily routines and create appropriate limits and boundaries for children to encourage positive behaviour.
- Complete daily admin tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the service including rosters, accounts and billing, vacation care planning and other activities.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and mentoring to team members.
- Become a key part of the school community by building solid, positive relationships with school leaders and parents.
About you
You will be a skilled leader, with a proven ability to build, lead, and foster a positive team culture. You will demonstrate outstanding relationship building and communication skills, along with creativity, initiative and problem-solving abilities. A proven ability to excel under pressure and be adaptable to change is essential. You will also need to have:
- Full work rights in Australia.
- Cert IV in School Age Education & Care/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of My Time Our Place and the National Quality Standards.
- 1+ years previous experience in a similar role.
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).
- Working with Children Check.
- Current National Police Clearance .
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
- Full clean Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive a mini-bus.
