Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator
Melbourne Grammar School is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Outside School Hours Coordinator.
Reporting to the Outside School Hours Manager, The Outside School Hours Coordinator is responsible for the daily delivery of After School Care, Before School Care and the Holiday Programme.
This will be achieved by providing an inclusive and supportive environment where children are safe, engaged and well supervised.

This role is based at Grimwade House, our coeducational primary school for around 660 Prep - Year 6 students in Caulfield. Here, students build the academic foundations that will support them throughout their education supported by expert teachers, a contemporary curriculum, a dynamic range of co-curricular activities, and a strong pastoral care program.
You Will
- Demonstrate a proven capacity to deliver quality Out of School Hours Care programmes and promote best practice.
- Have at least three years' experience working as an educator in an education and care service, children's service or a school.
- Have experience managing a team of staff members.
- Demonstrate a significant experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes that support the movement of children between indoor and outdoor environments.
- Display a high level of communication and interpersonal skills when relating to children, parents, work colleagues and other professionals.
Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check or registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
This position is a full-time fixed term position for 2024.
