SalaryYes Digital is an Australian digital marketing agency growing rapidly in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Due to our performance for our clients we're actively taking over the industry. We're currently interviewing for digital marketing sales consultants/Strategists to join our high performing team. Full on-going and training in Sales, Google Ads Management, SEO, Social Media and E-Commerce.
About the role:
Here's the deal. This role isn’t for everyone. It sure isn’t for the faint of heart either. This is a cold calling job and it can be tough but it can be very very rewarding. We'll provide full ongoing training in Sales, Google Ads Management, SEO, Social Media, and E-Commerce. That's right, you'll be learning from the best of the best. By the time you're done, you'll be an absolute weapon in the digital marketing world.
If you're good at picking up a phone and connecting with a business owner isn't an issue for you, you're going to be hungry for this opportunity.
What do you need to have?
- Sales experience with a history of proven success. You must be confident with great communication skills, know what to do and how to do it.
- Strong student mentality and willingness to learn.
- Accountability. Don't be ashamed of admitting a mistake. Fix it, learn from it and continuously develop yourself.
- Hardworking and proactive. Pick up the phone and hunt every opportunity possible. Once you've shown the customer value, they almost always sign up. We drive growth for small to medium businesses so take every opportunity to help them.
- Digital Marketing experience is highly regarded but not essential. We will teach and train you so be ready to absorb like a sponge!

Pay Structure; Salary and Commission:
Naturally, through being able to add so much value to a business, you'll be making tonnes in commissions. We have the strongest uncapped commission structure across the industry. We want the best and reward so.
