Outdoor Cinema Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Outdoor Cinema Labourer to effectively execute efficient bump in and out of the Outdoor Cinema site, and on ground maintenance as required. The role encompasses careful setup and pack down of outdoor chairs, outdoor dining suites, staging and event equipment, and catering/candy bar facilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the site is immaculately presented, and our audience has a comfortable and enjoyable viewing experience. 

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (chairs, equipment, etc.).
• Ability to work unsupervised. 
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior experience in event setup/pack down is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
