Responsibilities- Create exceptional Guests experiences
- Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment
- Work, health and safety management
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of all dining outlets within the hotel, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Guest Experience and Service Excellence:
- Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
- Staff Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and bar staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff performance, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.
