Waabiny OSHC is a busy and fun Outside School Hours Care service located in Yangebup. Family owned and run, we pride ourselves on offering quality before school, after school and vacation care programs for school aged children in the local area.
We are currently seeking a team leader and assistant educators to join our amazing team at Waabiny OSHC on a part-time basis. With various shifts available in the morning and afternoon during the school terms, with longer hours available during school holidays, this position would suit someone who is either currently studying, or would like to downsize their working commitments.
You will be working as part of the educational team, alongside our service coordinator and team leaders, to collaboratively implement our fun and educational program at Waabiny OSHC. Positive attitudes and teamwork are at the forefront of our team culture, and an emphasis is placed on wellness and work-life balance.
An early childhood or school aged qualification is desirable, but training will be provided to the successful applicant if required. A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work cohesively in a team environment is a must, and will be considered over formal qualifications.
Desirable skills & qualifications should include:
- Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) qualification
- Current WWC card
- Current HLTAID004/012 first aid qualification
