About the role:
Coming into this role to initially assist the Director, but with growth opportunities to be able to eventually take over the portfolio. The vision here is to have YOU eventually become the Team Leader/Department Head once the business has grown and more staff are required.

- Preparing agendas and minutes for OC meetings and AGMs
- Processing Owners Corporation Certificates
- Maintenance quotes
- Database management
- Reporting
- Drafting letters
- Issue of work orders
- Build strong Relationships
About You:
• Proven knowledge and experience of Owners Corporation
• Knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with figures and larger multiple aspect budgets
• Good time management skills
