Oliver Brown is seeking a hands on assistant to dive into our brand, its culture and support all areas of operations under the COO leadership to drive operational excellence, profitability all while sharing your knowledge with all departments to encourage growth.
The Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the COO and the franchise network at Oliver Brown HQ. This role involves a wide array of tasks, including administrative functions, assistance with marketing and sales initiatives. It requires outstanding organisational talents, the ability to address issues proactively, and superior communication skills. The perfect candidate is self-motivated, capable of handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, and is dedicated to fostering the development and prosperity of the Oliver Brown community.
Administrative and Leadership Support: Oversee the COO's schedule, organise meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
Marketing and Sales Enhancement: Participate in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives and sales strategies, collaborating with pertinent departments to synchronise sales objectives and marketing aims.
Support for Human Resources: Engage in HR activities, from recruiting and welcoming new team members to updating employee files. Assist in formulating and applying HR strategies and practices.
Management of Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications, promoting efficient information flow.
Financial Management Assistance: Contribute to budget oversight and manage billing and expenses with a focus on
financial prudence.
Preparation of Documents and Reports: Gather and refine critical documents and reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
Coordination of Meetings and Events: Organise the logistics for meetings and corporate events to ensure seamless execution and communication.
Support for Projects: Offer assistance with projects to guarantee timely completion and achievement of goals.
Qualifications and Educational Background:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential, particularly with a background in marketing, sales, and human resources.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication abilities and competency in managing sensitive information.
- Highly organised with excellent skills in time management.
